I'm Avalon, and yes that is my actual name! I’m a wedding and family photographer with over 10 years of experience capturing the timeless memories of life's most cherished moments. My journey into photography began in my early school years and since then, I've been lucky enough to capture a part of your love story and memories that you will truly treasure forever. My approach blends candid and natural moments with artistic heart warming creativity, ensuring every emotion and detail of your special memories are beautifully preserved.

My love for cameras started at young age, mostly evolving from my collection of dusty old film cameras brought at car boot sales, which in itself led to my first job working in a photo lab and developing films.
From here my love and passion for photography grew into having the opportunity to capture those real life moments, that go by so fast. I feel privileged to be entrusted to capture priceless memories, in gorgeous pictures, to live on for years to come.
There isn't many hobbies that you can say is your full-time job too!

I’m a busy mumma of two babies. If you can’t find me at my desk I will most likely be running around after them both. I got married almost 10 years ago and although I have been lucky to be a part of so many different weddings since I wouldn’t choose to do our day any differently!
I love nothing more than spending time with my family. I grew up by the sea and often crave the sea air, if we have a free weekend we will often make the most of some time away in our VW Camper. I enjoy catching up with friends over a coffee & cake, or a glass of wine (or two!)
I adore animals and miss having a four legged companion. I’m a true homebody, give me all the cosy candles, blankets and pillows.
I love music, there isn’t often a time music isn’t playing in our house! I enjoy anything crafty which I am now passing on to my daughter. I’m very empathetic, compassionate and creative which is why capturing your memories means so much to me.
Before becoming a full time photographer I did 10 years of public service, giving me life experiences not many would have had for my age, or ever! I miss the excitement but not the shift work. Photography has allowed me to be flexible with my home life and spend as much time with my babies growing up as possible - time goes quickly and its so precious.
